- “Zone 2” means at least some of the time will be spent in the zone 2 power of at least one person on the ride. No dilly-dallying.
- “Party Pace” means equal time may or may not be spent in all training zones with an emphasis on Zone 7.
- “Nutrition” yes, please eat something. Eggs don’t have any carbs but technically are food.
- “Mustard Packets” are you cramping because you didn’t ride enough before whatever stupid race you are currently doing? Ingest some mustard and think about how good a hot dog would taste right now. Also, think about your life choices as they could be bad.
- “Ketones” you are not welcome in this group.
